DCT was founded by Iraqi, Arab and international specialists with more than twenty years of combined experience across information technology, software development and enterprise resource planning.
We design and implement intelligent systems: tailored software delivered to a professional standard, with artificial intelligence applied where it earns its place. We serve private enterprises, government institutions and new ventures, working to international standards and to current legal and cybersecurity requirements.
